HP has a policy in which they don't ship out single keys for damaged keyboards. Not even to stores that sell their products. When I asked tech support how to get a replacement key for my laptop I was told that I had to send in my laptop to be repaired. Tech support then went on to tell me that I would be without my laptop for 7-10 days. I said "lady, I can't be without my laptop for 7-10 hours let alone days"

Lady two houses down does not have the smarts to realize that letting her dog out at 5am every morning is rude and inconsiderate to her neighbors. Now, here's the kicker. Do you say something to someone this stupid or write them an anonymous letter?
