HP has a policy in which they don't ship out single keys for damaged keyboards. Not even to stores that sell their products. When I asked tech support how to get a replacement key for my laptop I was told that I had to send in my laptop to be repaired. Tech support then went on to tell me that I would be without my laptop for 7-10 days. I said "lady, I can't be without my laptop for 7-10 hours let alone days"
